Paper service vouchers: After the visit of your housekeeper, you hand over the service vouchers, equal to the number of hours worked, to your housekeeper. If you are not at home when your housekeeper is present, you can leave the vouchers ready for him/her in advance.
Electronic service vouchers: The housekeeper registers his/her performance on the day of the performance using a telephone, possibly made available by the client. If the housekeeper cannot call in his/her services himself, one of our offices will do so. After the service has been called through, you as a client can confirm online. So feel free to pass on your user number to the office and your housekeeper.
