  Yes, you can. As a client you can cancel the planned housekeeping 5 times per calendar year.
  To do this, we do ask you to inform us a week in advance. Then the housekeeper may then be
  temporarily able to work for another family. Do you want to suspend the housekeeping for
  more than two weeks? Then you should inform us about this one month in advance.

• Will a regular housekeeper come to see me?

• Does my housekeeper bring his/her own materials?

• Can my sister/brother/mum… come and clean at my place using service vouchers?

• Can I pass on my purchased service vouchers to family or friends?

• My paper service vouchers have been: lost, stolen, did not arrive, have incorrect entries.
