  Via the system of flexi-jobs, employees who work at least 4/5 and pensioners can earn some extra money in the hospitality industry or retail.

  • Flexi-job employees do not pay social security contributions or taxes on their salary. The gross salary is equal to the net salary. You also accrue social rights (unemployment compensation, pension, holiday entitlement, etc.). As an employee there is no limit on what you can earn. So very interesting. Pensioners over the age of 65 can also earn an unlimited amount of extra income. Retirees under the age of 65 must take a limit into account.
  • The employer pays a reduced rate of 25% employer contributions on top of the salary of a flexi-jobber.
