After 26 weeks you start building up your pension. The employment agency pays 2.6 percent pension
premium for you. This is the basic pension. You can individually save more on top of your basic
pension so that you accrue more pension.
If you work for longer than 78 weeks via the temporary employment agency, you will accrue more
pension. That pension is based on an average contribution of approximately 7.1 percent of the salary
(approximately 12 percent of the pension base). The employment agency pays 2/3, you as a
temporary worker pay 1/3 of that premium.
